Information you provide
The project form asks for your name, company, email and project description. Job title, telephone, country, project type and estimated scale are optional. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project documents through the form.

Purpose and delivery
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, assess potential project scope and continue the conversation you requested. The form sends an email to damiankatz@gmail.com through Gmail. It does not create an inquiry record in this website’s application database. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and external links
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Technical records may include IP address, request details and errors. These services may process data outside your country. WhatsApp opens an external service governed by its own privacy policy; public PDF downloads use our media hosting provider.

Preferences and private access
The language selector stores your choice in a first-party cookie named sn_lang for up to one year. You can remove it through your browser settings. Private Studio access uses authentication-related browser storage; it is separate from the public contact form.

Retention and security
Inquiry emails remain in the receiving mailbox as needed for follow-up, business records or applicable legal obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule implemented for these emails. We use HTTPS and server-side validation, but no online channel can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by email. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required by applicable law. Rights depend on the laws that apply to your situation. This notice may be updated when the website’s handling of information changes.
